Thank you for shopping with Tidy Paws Cozy.
Where Orders Ship From
Many of our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted third-party fulfillment partners in China.
Because products may be shipped from different warehouses, items in the same order may arrive separately.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods, product sourcing, quality checks, or carrier handover may take additional time.
Estimated Delivery Times
For most orders shipped to Canada, estimated delivery is:
10–25 business days after processing
Delivery times may vary based on the product, shipping method, destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Some remote locations or high-volume periods may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders of $45 CAD or more, where shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent after your order has shipped.
Please allow 3–7 business days after shipment for tracking information to begin updating.
Separate Packages
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages because products may be shipped from different fulfillment partners or warehouses.
You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments unless clearly shown at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at tidypawscozy@gmail.com. We will try to help before your order is processed, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
Tidy Paws Cozy is not responsible for delays, loss, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, please contact us at tidypawscozy@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges depending on the delivery destination.
Any additional import charges required by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
