Return and Refund Policy

At Tidy Paws Cozy, we want you and your pets to be happy with your order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible. Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Please include your order number, full name, and a short description of the reason for your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or was not the item ordered.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processing or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse or normal wear

  • Final-sale items, where clearly marked

  • Personalized or customized items
